You might think outsourcing or hiring an outside expert will be unaffordable and complicated. You and your teams may envision an unknown and demanding "expert" will suggest changing everything about your business, even though she knows very little about your business.

It's my job to make your work less complicated and more effective. I understand that the services I offer must be affordable for businesses of all sizes. In fact, using Engagement Strategies can often be less expensive than hiring staff. And, because I can craft solutions that are designed to help you and/or your staff members replicate them in the future, you won't necessarily need me for an ongoing engagement (unless that's the solution you request.)

I will never make recommendations that are not based on the specific requirements of your project and parameters of your business.
Rest assured that if I don't understand your business, and no amount of research or due diligence will help me help you, I will help you find someone else with the right expertise. As a matter of fact, many of my engagements involve partnering with other consultants. I have a large network of experts with whom I can work if the project requires expertise I cannot offer.
